Why I Love Apple Fitness+
When it comes to fitness, finding a platform that keeps you motivated, engaged, and excited about working out can feel like striking gold. From all of my years of dance and cheerleading I’ve had some serious arthritis set in plus I have a strange kneed condition called Patella Alta which makes it a challenge to run or doing anything to heavy. I love that have modifiers for each workout so it works for any fitness level. Here are just a few reasons I love Apple Fitness + and some of favorite instructors.
The Workouts I Can’t Get Enough Of
While Apple Fitness+ offers an impressive range of workouts, my heart belongs to the HIIT, Strength, and Pilates sessions since I don’t have a bike, treadmill or rowing machine. Also, the mods on my favorite workouts strike the perfect balance of challenge and fun, pushing me to my limits while keeping me energized and focused. The variety ensures that I never get bored, and I always leave a session feeling stronger and more accomplished.
It’s this diversity that makes it so easy to stay consistent and committed to my goals.

The real stars of Apple Fitness+ are the instructors. Their energy, expertise, and encouragement make every session feel personal. They make me feel like I’m part of a community, even when I’m working out solo at home. Whether it’s Greg Cook’s “hiya!” or Anja’s SERIOUSLY HARD HIIT’s where she’s barely breaking a swear - all of the instructor’s passions for what they do is infectious, and it’s hard not to feel motivated when they’re cheering you on.
Why It Works for Me
One of the things I love most about Apple Fitness+ is how accessible it is. The seamless integration with my Apple Watch allows me to track my progress in real-time, making it easy to set and crush fitness goals. The ability to choose workouts based on duration, intensity, or even music is another game-changer—it’s fitness on my terms. I love me the Hip Hop and Pure Dance options. PLUS, they have artist’s spotlights and when they did Daft Punk and Janet Jackson (I’m a 90s kid) I squeed!
