Entomatadas

I got to experience Nixta Taqueria for the first time during the pandemic and it was so good I did a post about on Instagram (see above). They were SO GOOD. Since then, the amazing Chefs at Nixta have received global critical acclaim and received a MICHELIN Star. If that’s not enough, Chef Edgar Rico received the MICHELIN Guide Texas Young Chef Award Winner.

So, as you can imagine, I jumped at the chance to make these Entomatadas from the November 2024 issue of Food & Wine.

My daughter and I made these together last night and they were just so delicious. I keep thinking about them today. I will certainly make these again.
