This Week’s Menu Plan
“It’s All Good” by Gwyneth Paltrow and Julia Turshen
One thing I have done for the past 20-ish years is sit down on Sundays and plan the week ahead. I’ll admit when I had little, little ones this was a bit harder. Now that my kids are older I put on jazz, light some candles and sit with either my beloved cookbooks or magazines or browse the internet for my favorite recipes. This week I turned to two oldies but goodies, “True Food: Seasonable, Sustainable, Simple, Pure” and Gwyneth Paltrow’s “It’s All Good” cookbooks. I love these two cookbooks if you are looking for easy recipes with short ingredients that still have delicious, rich flavors and embrace clean eating.
Here’s what I’m making this week and I’ll report back!
Sunday: Emily’s Lemon Pork Chops & Italian Smashed Potatoes
Monday: Salmon with Lee’s Sriracha + Lime and Lee’s Chopped Vietnamese Salad from “It’s All Good”
Tuesday: True Food’s Halibut with Fingerling & Umami Sauce
Wednesday: Gweneth’s Spanish Chopped Salad
Thursday: True Food’s Chicken Terriyaki
